手動開孔鉆體(XJZS系列):DN100系列為全銅材料制造,DN100系列為45#鋼內(nèi)嵌鋼制材料

。

Manual hot tapping body (XJzs series): DN100 series is made of all copper material, and DN100-200 seriesis made of 45 # steelembedded copper material.

帶壓開孔機的連接箱體:法蘭連接

、厚度、工作壓力及生產(chǎn)規(guī)范應(yīng)符合IS0或API標準,安裝連接面應(yīng)平整
、無毛刺,確保其密封性。

Connecting box of hot tapping machine: flange connection, thickness, working pressure and productionspecifications shall comply with lS0 or APl standards, and the installation connection surface shall be flatwithout burrs to ensure its tightness.

開孔鉆進刀頂板是關(guān)鍵承壓部件,厚度應(yīng)安規(guī)范生產(chǎn)不低于25mm厚度的45號鋼制材質(zhì),其表面被鋅或防銹處理。

The top plate of hot tapping drill feed is a key pressure-bearing, component. lts thickness shall be 45 # steelwith thickness no less than 25mm and its surface shall be galvanized or rust-proof.

開孔鉆進刀頂板是關(guān)鍵承壓部件,厚度應(yīng)安規(guī)范生產(chǎn)不低于25mm厚度的45號鋼制材質(zhì),其表面性鍵鋅或防銹處理

手動開孔鉆棘輪扳手殼體材質(zhì)應(yīng)為45號鋼制材質(zhì),要求應(yīng)經(jīng)回火處理增加拉伸強度,扳把西營厚度為3mm厚度,表面像鍍鋅防銹處理

。

The manual hot tapping, drill ratchet wrench housing shall be 45 gauge steel and shall be tempered to increasetensile strength., The thickness of round handle pipe shall be 3mm, and the surface shall be galvanized for rustprevention.

開孔刀刀頭(刀齒)材質(zhì):高速鋼或硬質(zhì)合金。刀尺寸應(yīng)均勻一致,尺寸誤差在(0.1-0.3)

Materlal of hot tapping cutter head (teeth): HsS or carbide. The cutter teeth size shall be uniform and the sizeerror shall be within (0.1-0.3)
